    Responsibilities:

    Our B2B sales professionals engage business decision makers in person, over the phone and via, email or video conference to educate them about their state’s community solar program and help them join. Responsibilities include:

    • Conduct telemarketing, virtual and in-person sales activities to educate customers about community solar.
    • Help interested customers opt-in for a local solar farm so they can benefit from the program.
    • Learn relevant program information, sign-up process, benefits, Q&As, and relevant skills to ensure customers have a positive experience
    • Meet enrollment targets and performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
    • Attend regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Compensation:

    · Experienced reps earn between $125,000 – $200,000 per year

    Qualifications:

    We are looking for enthusiastic, driven go-getters with excellent communication skills. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with small business or enterprise sales experience. If you have knowledge or experience with solar, energy supply, or other services geared to business accounts, you have great skills to get started.
