Top Compensation Executive leads an organization's compensation department. Champions timely and robust data collection and analysis processes that support research and market, pay equity, and other compensation studies. Being a Top Compensation Executive is responsible for leading the strategic planning of compensation and equity programs, ensuring those programs align with organizational goals, initiatives, and budgets. Ensures proper collection and analysis of compensation data, including surveys, market research and analysis, and pay equity. Additionally, Top Compensation Executive keeps abreast of regulatory, market, and practice changes and trends. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. Typically reports to top management. The Top Compensation Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Compensation Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. HRIS/COMPENSATION ANALYST

  • Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:


    • Administers, manages, implements and communicates the Compendium as approved by the Compensation Committee and the MTGA Management Board
    • Analyzes, evaluates and resolves complex HR/Payroll problems
    • Responsible for the accuracy of the Compendium data entered into the HRIS system
    • Responsible for understanding the HRIS implications of organizational or system changes
    • Works independently with internal customers to develop and maintain HRIS reporting as required by various departments
    • Works with internal clients to analyze and determine solutions to IS issues related to HRIS
    • Makes suggestions and recommendations for ways to improve procedures and competencies
    • Enforces the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA)

    Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Provides internal and external customers with guidance and support on issues related to Infinium and other HRIS applications
    • Performs testing on behalf of the Human Resources department for new, updated or changed HRIS applications
    • Trains employees on the use and understanding of HR applications
