    Description: Stockworth Realty Group, a premier luxury real estate brokerage, located in Southwest Orlando is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant. Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must. The role of the Executive Assistant is to help manage day-to-day aspects of the team leader and aid with a first-class client experience. The ideal candidate will be able to handle phone calls and emails to clients in a fast-paced environment, have experience with Microsoft Office, as well as other computer skills.

    Professional appearance, great attitude, good communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive problem solving, strong work ethic and being a team player are required.

    Responsibilities

    • Represent and anticipate the needs of the team leader
    • Keep team leader on track for all calls, meetings, and writing cards
    • Check emails and voicemails for team leader
    • Plan events for team leader
    • Maintain and keep track of leads coming in with correct follow up
    • Track, report, and prepare expense reports
    • Track marketing requests with Corporate Marketing Department through to completion
    • Track and summarize results of all marketing campaigns
    • Manage gifting program
    • Maintain current database information on all listing & buyer files
    • Maintain physical files of marketing collateral for team use
    • Enter listings into the Multiple Listing Service
    • Creative ad copywriting
    • Social media planning and execution of social media campaigns
    • Keep clients informed with weekly update calls during listing process
    • Update database by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and updating information
    • Identify and set expectations with the client and exceed those expectations
    • Coordinate sign installation and removals
    • Attend photo & video shoots
    • Obtain and provide feedback on all showings to clients
    • Clear communication and daily updates to the team leader
