Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Compensation Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     Job Overview: A licensed and insured contractor is needed for comprehensive non-lawn care landscaping services. The contractor should demonstrate reliable service, contractual compliance, and effective client communication.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver non-lawn care landscaping services, including planting, pruning, landscape design, and maintenance of shrubs, bushes, trees, and flower beds.
    • Engage in quarterly planning meetings with the association to discuss and align on landscaping plans and expectations.
    • Maintain transparent communication with the association to ensure services meet community standards.
    • Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with local regulations.
    • Manage and dispose of site waste and debris post-completion to maintain cleanliness and safety.
    • Submit monthly invoices detailing services rendered and associated costs.

    Requirements:

    • Valid Virginia landscaping license and comprehensive insurance.
    • Extensive experience in non-lawn care landscaping services, supported by references.
    • Ability to provide a detailed service proposal that includes scope of work, scheduling, and maintenance plans.
    • A strong commitment to following the Southampton Hills Community Association’s contractual agreements and specifications.
