Champions timely and robust data collection and analysis processes that support research and market, pay equity, and other compensation studies. Being a Top Compensation Executive is responsible for leading the strategic planning of compensation and equity programs, ensuring those programs align with organizational goals, initiatives, and budgets. Ensures proper collection and analysis of compensation data, including surveys, market research and analysis, and pay equity. Additionally, Top Compensation Executive keeps abreast of regulatory, market, and practice changes and trends. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. Typically reports to top management. The Top Compensation Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Compensation Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Job Details:
- Steady Freight - Not Seasonal
- Paid Training for drivers with no experience.
- Out 2 weeks and home for your 34 or a full 2 days
- Great newer model Freighliners and Internationals with APU’s and Refers
- 1 ½ to 2 weeks training after orientation (Waco, TX most likely).
- Experienced car haulers will complete a minimum of one-week onsite training/skills assessment. Trainees may be required to complete up to four weeks of training
- All drivers must know how to drive manual NON CMV vehicles to load trailer
- Also Hiring Car Haul Teams!!
Requirements:
- Class A CDL with 18 months of semi-truck car hauling or with 1 year of recent TT experience
- No felonies, misdemeanors, DUI’s within the last 10 years. No sex crimes ever.
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 3 years
- No more than one non serious moving violation in the last 3 years
- No safety terminations from your previous 2 driving positions
- No at fault DOT Reportable accidents in the last 5 years. No more than 2 non fault accidents
