We have an opportunity for a Benefits and Compensation Business Partner (BCBP) in our corporate facility located in Atlanta, Georgia. This position is responsible for supporting organization-wide Benefits and Compensation functions. This position provides consultative services to the HR team regarding compensation, benefits, and legal requirements within each area. The role involves working with the Human Resources leadership to assist in developing and implementing key initiatives to align with the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements include:
Individual must have a working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure. Proficient with payroll management, human resource information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking, and similar computer applications.
Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related majors is preferred.
Experience: Five years plus of experience in a Human Resources related position. Benefits, Compensation and/or HR Generalist type of experience preferred. Aviation, Manufacturing or Trades Industry experience is a plus. Experience with UKG HRIS software is also a plus.
Certificates/Licenses: Human Resources certification preferred.
