This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide subject matter expertise and support organization-wide projects. QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of two to five years of experience in benefits, compensation, or HR rewards program administration and analysis.
Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and HRIS platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Self-managed, able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Total Rewards Management:
Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, analyzing results to make strategic adjustments.
Assist in the annual salary process, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
Support performance bonus initiatives and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for relevant platforms.
Develop and disseminate communication materials to enhance understanding of total rewards programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation and benefits laws.
Incentive Program Administration:
Manage incentive program updates and compliance.
Calculate, compile, and deliver incentive-related accruals to accounting.
Support the performance bonus process and assist in incentive payment processing.
Benefits Program Oversight:
Partner in reviewing and updating benefits programs based on market trends.
Participate in the annual open enrollment process, including development of plan designs and employee communications.
Reporting and Analytics:
Collaborate with HRIS to create reports for HR analytics.
Provide support in compensation and benefits modeling for strategic business decisions.
Payroll Administration:
Serve as a backup for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist in resolving complex payroll issues and provide support during audits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged standing and sitting at a desk using computers and other office equipment.
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
