Responsibilities – Automotive Finance Manager:

• Help customers obtain vehicle financing
• Encourage purchases of aftermarket products
• Accurately complete required documentation
• Seek and maintain good working relationships with lenders
• Engage in business development to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Meet dealership sales goals
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores

Qualifications – Automotive Finance Manager:

• Automotive Finance Manager Experience is REQUIRED (Not Banking)
• Fully versed in automotive leasing and special finance
• Experienced with state law requirements re: registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork
• Proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability
• High ethical standards and strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills
• Computer proficient, a good work ethic, and professional appearance
