Top Computer Operations Executive oversees all aspects of an organization's computer operations department. Develops standardized operating procedures and policies to effectively operate and maintain computer systems and peripherals. Being a Top Computer Operations Executive evaluates and improves the efficacy of computer operations, backup processes, system monitors, and server availability to ensure goals are met. Collaborates with department managers to understand and integrate current and future needs into operating plans. Jr. Computer Operations Analyst
Location: onsite at Macon, GA(first shift 7AM-4PM, hour lunch and some weekends involved, may have to work a Sun-Thur or Tue-Sat also)

Important Notes:
Initially, we are seeking an entry level Computer Operations specialist, someone with systems and networks monitoring, testing, basic troubleshooting experience. After some time, this role will transition into a NOC Analyst, and training will be provided for that.
Require at least 1 year of experience in monitoring systems and networks. We can provide training on all other tools. Looking for an entry-level candidate with a mix of operations and network experience, and we can train them on all the tools.
Initially, the working hours will be from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, or Sun-Thur, or Tue-Sat. As they transition to NOC, the shift will extend to 10 hours per day for 4 days a week (including weekends) with 3 days off.
Knowledge or some experience in Data Center Environment.

Knowledge of PC hardware and software, diagnosis, configuration and installations.
Required: Excellent Customer Service Skills would be a must for either side.
Monitoring of systems and Networks, can train on all of the other tools.
Looking for entry level a mix of Ops and basic Network some experience but can train with all of the tools.
Minimum two years' experience preferred but since entry level, work with a little less also.
Need someone who is ready to transition from Ops to NOC.
