Job Summary
Under the supervision of Accenture's Global Assistance and Protection (GAP) leadership team, the applicant will manage San Antonios Security Operations Center (SOC), which is responsible for providing real-time awareness, rapid response, and critical analysis to support decision-making to safeguard Accenture's people, property, and information.
When necessary, the Senior Manager will support shift supervisors and other SOC analysts by demonstrating the ability to monitor cameras and alarms, dispatch associated calls via telephone, operate access control technology, partner with crisis management stakeholders, and facilitate necessary escalations. Specifically, incidents may range from extreme weather conditions, political instability, crime, terror, civil unrest, and other personnel issues. In addition, the Senior Manager will be accountable for managing the quality of customer service to travelers, static employees, and potentially third parties. This role will be based in San Antonio, Texas.
