To excel in this role, you must have prior experience in a real estate office environment and be exceptionally organized, proficient, and punctual. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, are a must. A real estate license is a bonus, but what we're really looking for is someone with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond.
