Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Construction worker to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work well in a team.
Duties:
- Perform general construction duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Operate hand tools and power tools as required
- Assist with the installation of doors, windows, glass, tiles, and stucco
- Support construction management by following instructions and completing tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment is an asset
- Knowledge of construction inspection and estimating is beneficial
