Role Summary:
The Executive Vice President of Construction (EVPC) is a key executive of the company and represents
Prevost’s values in every way while forwarding the mission of Building Environments for People to Flourish,
both internally and externally. The EVPC has direct responsibility for the overall construction operations
of the company including high level oversight of all project teams in the life science, office, and multifamily
rehab divisions of the company and is responsible for the achievement of the company’s annual revenue
and gross profit goals.
The EVPC works closely with its fellow Executive Team members to set the strategic direction of the
company and coordinates with the HR, accounting, and operations leaders to ensure a smooth execution
and integration with each departments. The EVPC ensures each project team is staffed appropriately and
provides high level oversight for all field operations to ensure the successful execution of project, field,
and safety objectives for all projects. The EVPC is a member of the Leadership Team and Executive Team
and reports directly to the President/CEO.
