Top Construction Executive leads the construction organization and directs strategic planning, business development, and operational activities related to construction to meet the financial and growth organizational objectives. Develops quality, performance, and safety standards and processes for construction projects and operations. Being a Top Construction Executive manages financial processes like forecasting, estimating, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability. Builds effective teams and the capacity to estimate, scope, design, plan, organize and implement construction projects. Additionally, Top Construction Executive represents the organization in discussions and negotiations with clients, contractors, governmental or regulatory officials, and other stakeholders. Identifies risk and implements insurance and risk control strategies. Monitors costs and timelines to deliver projects on time and within budget. Evaluates and implements new or innovative construction methods and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes. Requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. Typically reports to top management. Responsibilities:
- All administrative work related to Red Leaf Developments
- All Pre Construction Clients and PreConstruction Schedules
- All Administrative work with Red Leaf clients is not limited to email and paperwork.
- Face-to-face interaction and phone calls with the client as needed.
- All administrative work regarding design contracts, design work timelines, construction contracts, commercial design, estimating, and working closely with the CEO to manage the flow of work for the Pre Construction team.,
- Managing work deadlines and keeping all work highly organized.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate office work and client deliverables.
- Manage all aspects of his or her job within Smartsheets and Google Drive/Docs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years as an Administrative Assistant or other office role
- Previous Construction office experience a plus
- Working knowledge of Smartsheets and Google Drive/Docs
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player
- High attention to detail
Compensation:
Salary $65k-$75k a year
PTO: 5 days
401k: 4% match after 1 year of employment
