Pinnacle Construction and Development Corp is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Charlottesville office. The Executive Assistant is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the development process for complex multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, and assisted living projects from initial concept through start of construction. Tasks include: feasibility analysis; land acquisition due diligence; compiling information for local governments and financing; loan applications; coordinating with attorneys, appraisers, environmental consultants, investors, architects, engineers, and the construction team. The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in real estate development. This position reports directly to the company Owners and works closely with the Chief of Operations of Pinnacle Construction and the Senior Vice President of Park Properties Management Company.
