Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project contracts, including negotiating terms and conditions
- Utilize construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Microsoft Projects, Scheduling software) to track project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to mitigate risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members
