We are looking for a deadline-driven Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects including earthwork, underground utilities, and concrete. We are looking for a superintendent to oversee the operations of a construction site, from planning to completion. A superintendent with heavy equipment experience is a plus. The Superintendent is expected to be responsible for daily scheduling, supervising all activities and tasks, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the site. The Construction Superintendent will also lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on site. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness on site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Further responsibilities include ensuring quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are always available on site. The Superintendent is the liaison with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
This is a working Superintendent position. The Superintendent is expected to work alongside the crew they lead.
To ensure success the Superintendent should be able to complete projects on time and within budget, and never compromise on quality. Top candidates will be strong leaders, pro-active and perform well under pressure.
