Being a Top Construction Executive manages financial processes like forecasting, estimating, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability. Builds effective teams and the capacity to estimate, scope, design, plan, organize and implement construction projects. What Youll Do at Camp Schreiber:
The Executive Director will support Schreiber programming as needed in collaboration with the Deputy Director and Board Chairman. The Executive Director will be responsible for maintaining close relationships with students, families, and community partners.
Additional responsibilities include: (1) Assist with annual recruitment and onboarding of new students. (2) Provide college admissions and enrollment support in collaboration with Schreibers college counselor. (3) Assist with fundraising efforts, strategy, and processes, including writing grant proposals, assessing impact of new funding on current work, participating in funder calls, and developing relationships in the field. (4) Provide effective management and oversight of organizational operations, including budgeting, finance, human resources, and administration. (5) Build and maintain relationship and communication with Board of Directors.
