Overview:

Executive Construction Homes, LLC is looking for a Machine Operator for our land development projects. We are seeking a skilled individual to operate some small machinery (skid, mini X, etc) but primarily heavy machinery, including GPS bulldozers with root rakes and excavators. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery, specifically GPS bulldozers with root rakes and excavators.
• Perform land clearing, grubbing, and grading tasks as part of land development projects.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• Work independently and effectively, with or without on-site assistance, to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine checks.

Pay is based upon experience $18 - $22 per hour

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating bulldozers with root rakes and excavators.

Erosion control experience preferred.

Possession of a valid State Commercial Driver's License (SCDL).

A good driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
