WHO
we’re looking for:
We are
looking for a Consumer Marketing/Media Manager who will be responsible for assisting our Consumer Marketing Team. You will provide critical support for the US Home
Entertainment marketing & media efforts, helping enhance the brand and
drive commercial growth through marketing and digital communications.
You will support the consumer
marketing and media lead in managing and scaling the day-to-day marketing and
digital media efforts across our full-funnel activity, including social,
programmatic (OLV and OLA), SEM, and demand generation.
Role
and Responsibilities:
- Consumer Marketing Planning & Strategy:
- For 2H
planning, assist in development of
opportunities/changes for 2H strategy based on current business (product
priorities, MS, needs) and 1H learnings (digital effectiveness, performance and
insights).
- For 2H
planning, assist in tactical ideation of marketing
and media opportunities to connect our target consumers in
innovative ways.
- Campaign
Activation & Creative Deployment (Project Management):
- Assist
in developing, updating and tracking work back schedules and timelines across
important media deliverables (campaigns by partner), as well as custom
partnership activations.
- Help
manage creative asset requirements, associated specs and deliverables (by
channel, partner and placement) with the Consumer Marketing team so delivery
dates are met and successfully deployed.
- Keep
detailed account of creative asset tracker which outlines creative assets used
by mindset (stage of funnel), partner, and placement.
- Review
(as necessary), SEM keywords, copy, weekly promos for accuracy.
- Consumer
Marketing Measurement & Analytics:
- Assist
in the analysis of ad campaign performance which drives prospects through the
sales funnel (e.g. Cold/Warm/Hot) while measuring the ROI and impact of each
channel and stage against budgets and aggressive sales goals (market share).
- Support
Marketing and Media Lead (as-needed) in integrating reporting within larger HE
dashboard.
- Track
budget and weekly pacing to ensure campaigns are delivering results.
- Review
ROI and registration data for accuracy and help glean insights for future
optimization recommendations for the plan.
- Review
reporting from research and analytics partners to make insightful
recommendations for go-forward plans (includes analysis of brand health and
mixed-media modeling reporting).
- Consumer
Marketing Campaign Optimization:
- Provide
analysis and recommendations of micro and macro optimizations on an ongoing
basis across channel, partner, placement and tactic.
- Collaborate
with Media Lead on relevant opportunities to A/B test visual and copy assets
and variants.
- Budget
Management & Billing Reconciliation:
- Assist
in double-checking Invoices to planned spend, PO amount and delivery by partner
on an ongoing basis.
- Evaluate
DCM impression reporting against Invoiced Impressions.
- Help
manage internal and financial processes in partnership with the business and
finance teams.
- HE
Management Decks & LT/Business Reporting:
- Support
Consumer Marketing and Media Lead (as necessary) in pulling delivery from
Tableau, Market Share from NPD, and working with PCG for necessary inputs.
- Assist
Consumer Marketing and Media Lead (as necessary) in slide development (as
necessary) to report to Management (Weekly Sales slides, Marketing Calendar,
Digital Analytics Tracker; S.com Weekly Meeting).
- As
relevant, develop and socialize best practices, standards and policies related
to paid media, deployed creative, social media, etc., to enable more scalable use
across teams.
Required Experience and Education:
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing and paid media
experience, with a focus on consumer marketing as well as managing Paid Search,
Paid Social, Programmatic and Performance Marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Firsthand
experience in the fundamentals of integrated marketing and media planning,
including media math, budget management, Reach and Frequency, flow charting,
ROAS, MMM and forecasting.
- Experience
with the latest media tactics across the paid media ecosystem, including OTT /
streaming video, audio/podcast, paid social, programmatic, direct
buys/sponsored content, DOOH, and Partnership.

- Highly
proficient in using Microsoft 365 suite (especially Excel and the use of
formulas and functions; as well as developing decks in PowerPoint)—this is
required.

periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,
intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project
management deadlines. May require working additional time
beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
