    (CPG) division includes Brothers-All-Natural, the #1 Freeze-Dried Snack Brand, and also produces private label freeze-dried fruit snacks for some of the leading retailers in the US.

    Position Summary:

    Provide dynamic leadership for all activities related to contract manufacturing, materials management, demand planning, transportation, warehousing, distribution and compliance of Brothers International
    Food Holdings, LLC Consumer Packaged Goods division.

    Essential Functions:

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Responsible for demand planning and forecasting for all retail finished goods.
    • Determine raw material requirements and lead all procurement activities.
    • Coordinate the international and domestic movement of products via air, ocean, multi-modal and over the road transportation.
    • Manage all contract manufacturing, transportation and third-party logistics relationships, including RFI/RFQ, Scope of Work, and Standard Operating Procedures. Establish key performance indicators and lead quarterly business reviews with all key trading partners.
    • Work with Shared Logistics Services team to ensure optimal transportation routings and timely customs clearance.
    • Provide oversite to both company-operated and third-party (3PL) warehouses including inventory control and multi-channel fulfilment.
    • Lead new product introduction and new customer on-boarding activities.
    • Oversee audit and payment for all transportation, customs clearance and logistics services invoices. Investigate and dispute customer chargebacks as required. Ensure all transportation claims are filed and settled in a timely fashion.
    • Establish KPI’s, perform service reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives for all transportation and logistics services providers.
    • Support sales team with domestic order placement & fulfillment and manage inventory levels at third-party warehouse locations.
    • Provide a high level of customer service to our clients on the status of their orders & other various requests.
    • Explore ways to streamline existing operational procedures & implement changes that will have a positive impact on the company.
    • Build & maintain strong working relationships across the supply chain by liaising with suppliers, customers & third-party providers.
    • Other duties & projects, as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

    • 5 years of management experience focused in supply chain, distribution and/or transportation.
    • Experience in international trade is preferred, including INCOTERMS, ISF filing, Commercial

    Invoices, customs clearance, Harmonized Tariff classification and Denied Parties screening.

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing cost centers ($10MM ).
    • Experience in managing multi-site distributions networks and 3PL relationships.
    • Experience in servicing retail customers (big box and grocery) strongly preferred.
    • Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and

    PowerPoint) required. Familiarity with ERP systems preferred.

    • Experience with ERP and TMS systems strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated success in driving efficiency via continuous improvement activities.
    • Strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams.
    • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
    • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
    • Must have strong, customer support orientation, a professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information.
    • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
