Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries
- Utilize warm calling and outbound calling techniques to reach out to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our software solutions
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to close sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Skills:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
