Job Title: Loan Servicer/Loan Processor

Reports To: Assistant Commercial Credit Manager

In this position, you will ensure complete and accurate documentation of loan files as well as prepare and process commercial and agricultural loans.

• Preparing and processing commercial and agricultural loan closing and related documents.
• Preparing, processing, and reviewing other legal documents.
• Ensuring final loan packages comply with approval requirements.
• Ensuring final loan documents contain any covenants as required by approving authority.
• Preparing closing transactions, authorizing and/or disbursing loan proceeds, and perfecting security interests.
• Reviewing closed loan documents for accuracy, missing documents, proper signatures, dates and other relevant data and enter information into tracking software.
• Imaging and indexing loan files.
• Proofing uploaded loans in the bank's core computer system.
• Maintaining an accurate filing system of all notes and credit files.
• Tracking missing titles, collateral instruments, UCCs and exceptions.
• Monitoring Hazard, Equipment, Participation, Builder's Risk, and Force Place insurance.
• Reconciling internal bank loan disbursement accounts.
• Composing and typing routine correspondences and reports.
• Resolving and updating exception reports.
• Processing of FSA/Participation/Swap (ARC) and any other loan payments.
• Maintaining CNB document tickler system in CASH and compiling and disbursing reports for collection of required annual financial statements.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and previous experience with secretarial skills, customer service, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Keyboarding proficiency is necessary.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and be attentive to detail.
• Must possess stellar verbal and written communication skills.

• Ideal candidate will possess two years prior loan experience.
• Knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the Bank.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
