The Loan Servicing Support Specialist is responsible for providing essential support in the processing and servicing of loans. This role involves various tasks related to customer communication, maintaining accurate system records, handling payments, and managing legal documents. Key Responsibilities:

1. Escrow Payment Management:

• Compile and manage escrow payments for property taxes, insurance, and association dues.
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of escrow funds to meet obligations.

1. Loan Payment Administration:

• Handle loan payments, advances, and adjustments efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor and reconcile payment discrepancies.

1. Customer Communication:

• Respond promptly to routine customer inquiries via telephone and email.
• Prepare and provide loan payoff letters as requested by customers.

1. Loan Maintenance:

• Perform various loan maintenance tasks, including modifications, extensions, and required changes in the core processing system.
• Ensure all loan data is accurately updated and maintained.

1. Loan Documentation Review:

• Thoroughly review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and rectify any discrepancies or missing information.

1. Research and Issue Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve misapplied or missing loan payments.
• Handle credit reporting disputes and work to correct credit reporting errors promptly.
