Legal Contact Center Representative (LCCR) speaks with prospective clients via telephone, asks a series of questions for the purpose of compiling data, and then uses this data to determine the best course of action for that client. The LCCR is a hybrid position and requires an individual that is highly organized and professional.
Responsibilities:
● Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
● Responding promptly to client inquiries.
● Communicating with clients through various channels.
● Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
