    Legal Contact Center Representative (LCCR) speaks with prospective clients via telephone, asks a series of questions for the purpose of compiling data, and then uses this data to determine the best course of action for that client. The LCCR is a hybrid position and requires an individual that is highly organized and professional.

    Responsibilities:

    ● Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.

    ● Responding promptly to client inquiries.

    ● Communicating with clients through various channels.

    ● Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

    ● Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

    ● Setting appointments using Calendly.

    ● Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

    ● Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    Requirements:

    ● Human Resources or related certification (preferred but not required).

    ● 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or Paralegal (preferred but not required).

    ● Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

    ● Proficient using computers.

    ● Experience working with customer support.

    ● Typing Skills - 35 wpm

    o Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of the Hydrid position. You may be asked to upgrade your existing service or switch providers to meet the job requirements.

    Working Conditions

    ● Constant usage of phone and computer systems

    ● Dedicated home workspace free of noise and distractions

    ● Physical Demands Constant sedentary work. You will typically be sitting for most of the time.

    ● Monday and Friday work from home (Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday in office)
