Position Title: Contracts Specialist, Intermediate Level II - (SECRET/TOP SECRET CLEARANCE)

Position Summary: MILVETS is currently seeking to fill a full time Contracts Specialist, Intermediate Level II - (SECRET/TOP SECRET CLEARANCE) position. The Contracts Specialist, Intermediate Level II will be supporting the government at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Any
Additional Preferred: CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM certifications preferred. DAWIA or FAC-C Level II or III preferred.
Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years of related experience in developing supporting contract formation specialist functions as well as procurement documentation such as, but not limited to, the following: Service Contract Act Requests, Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, Statements of Objectives, Labor Category Descriptions, Justification and Approval documents, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans, Acquisition Plans and Acquisition Strategies. This minimum experience must be with DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM) or Product Manager (O5 PdM) to be considered applicable to this requirement.
Substitutions: Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for bachelor's degree.
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an Active United States Department of Defense Secret/Top Secret clearance is required.
