Responsibilities:
- Provide driving instruction to teen students, focusing on safe and defensive driving techniques
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative classroom lessons to educate students on traffic laws, road signs, and driving skills
- Conduct in-car training sessions to help students practice and improve their driving abilities

The Driver Education Instructor position is very flexible - we work around your availability on a seasonal basis. Both Full-Time (30 hours/week) and Part-Time (10 hours/week) positions are available in our convenient Lake Villa and Gurnee classroom locations. Full-Time instructors are eligible for our full benefit package including PTO, paid holidays, health and dental insurance and a 401K matching plan.
* A typical Instructor schedule includes a combination of after school, evening and weekend hours during the school year. The ability to work Sundays is a definite plus. Daytime hours may be available during the summer and holiday breaks.
Note: A valid Illinois driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position.
