The Executive Director of PRT Contracts will provide functional management and process oversight to the contracting and regulatory filing work required to support our North American Pension Risk Transfer Business for the Global Financial Solutions division of RGA. Utilizes knowledge, experience, and application of best practices to drive the creation of legal contracts for the pension risk transfer line of business. This role requires a high attention to detail, strong project management skills, and will be expected to build a team of associates to support the ongoing growth of the pension risk transfer line of business.

RGA offers a comprehensive total rewards package including a range benefits and flexible plans. The pay range for this position is $120,375 – $179,365 per year in addition to an annual bonus. Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
