We are looking to fill a full-time, Contracts Manager position to help our Sales and Marketing teams. The person will manage and maintain all procurement contracts (e.g., Sourcewell and NASPO). This position will work with various team members around the nation and is available as a remote position.

Responsibilities include:
- Manages all national and state procurement contracts, serving as the primary point of contact for all PlayPower brands
- Prepares, organizes, maintains, and archives all national and state procurement contract records
- Leads and manages RFP response for all national and state procurement contracts
- Customer service contact for all national and state procurement contracts
- Manages our continuing education contracts and accreditation
Qualified applicants will have:
- Must have at least an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a directly related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a business profession
- Must have experience managing procurement contracts
- Must have strategic souring and pricing experience; must have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills; must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Must have excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, working with a diverse group of individuals throughout the company and external organizations
- Must be able to manage multiple projects, delivered on time and within budget in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Must take accountability and ownership and take an entrepreneurial approach in managing workload; must be able to work independently and with a large group
