Top Corporate Compliance Executive provides leadership and direction for an organization's compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices. Ensures that all activities follow regulatory requirements related to the governance of the organization as well as any industry-specific or location-specific laws. Being a Top Corporate Compliance Executive oversees internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes. Develops risk-based compliance testing of existing procedures and controls to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance. Additionally, Top Corporate Compliance Executive evaluates and implements changes to compliance processes due to new or amended regulations. Establishes communication and training initiatives that inform stakeholders about compliance requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Corporate Compliance Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Corporate Compliance Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     What You'll Do:

    • Support the Team Operator in all aspects of their work including building the business, working with their personal clients, calendar management, and email/correspondence management.
    • Become an expert user and coach of in-house technology and tools.
    • Provide a world class client experience for sellers on behalf of the team and listing agent, both pre-listing and on a high-touch basis through the rest of the contract.
    • Strong communication with clients to guide them through the listing process including marketing updates and regular check ins.
    • Manage the quality of the pre-list, listing launch, and active list process.
    • Own the quality and accuracy of listing data, descriptions, and pictures in the MLS.
    • Coordinate photography, staging, sign installation, and other listing launch functions.
    • Own the collection and input of showing feedback for all listings.
    • Manage marketing plans & listing syndication.
    • Create or quality control listing marketing materials.
    • Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies.
    • Schedule and confirm showings for buyers.
    • Act as the liaison between your lead and co-brokers, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers.
    • Prepare listing presentations and CMA's.
    • Ensure all team receipts are obtained and submit to the finance team.
    • Manage your lead's social media accounts, which include content creation and distribution.
    • Provide general administrative support including opening and distributing mail, answering phones, maintaining supplies, office equipment, and software.
    • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings.
    • Keep your lead informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.
    • And any additional responsibilities as needed.

    Required & Preferred Background:

    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
    • 1 years experience in an administrative or operations role
    • Previous success in a fast paced role
    • Previous real estate experience is preferred but not required

    Other Details:

    • Compensation DOE, range from $18 to $22 an hour, with additional compensation in the form of a bonus structure, benefits, and an Operations growth plan for your professional development
    • This is a full time role, that will be in person from Monday to Friday with a flexible schedule for hours
