Top Corporate Compliance Executive provides leadership and direction for an organization's compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices. Ensures that all activities follow regulatory requirements related to the governance of the organization as well as any industry-specific or location-specific laws. Being a Top Corporate Compliance Executive oversees internal controls and auditing systems that monitor and report on regulated activities and processes. Develops risk-based compliance testing of existing procedures and controls to identify, detect, and correct noncompliance. Additionally, Top Corporate Compliance Executive evaluates and implements changes to compliance processes due to new or amended regulations. Establishes communication and training initiatives that inform stakeholders about compliance requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Corporate Compliance Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Corporate Compliance Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.     Description

    AVS Technician - Phased Array, UT Shearwave, and scanner experience preferred

    The NDE Technician will be performing calibrations, Nondestructive Tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written instructions and record results. Level II Technicians are qualified to set up and calibrate equipment and to interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications. Level II Technicians are thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the method of NDT being used and should exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training and guidance of Assistants and Level I Technicians.

    Level II Technicians organize and report results of NDT. 

     

    Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:  Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment . Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection . Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations . Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results . Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators . Organize and report test results . Perform specialized inspections . May instruct and supervise others .

    Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management Education and

    Experience: NDT Level II RT with OJT and state card . NDT Level II MT, PT, UTT Preferred . Technical background in NDT methods and procedures .

    Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections . Knowledge of NDT equipment . High School Diploma or equivalent Requirements . Complete and pass a DISA Background check .

    Complete and pass all required Drug Screens . Complete and pass site specific safety council . MUST TEST OUT IN ALL REQUIRED METHODS WITH XCEL

    Work Conditions/Physical Requirements:

    Move, carry and lift objects in excess of 50 pounds
    Climb and perform work from ladders, stairs and scaffolding in excess of 100 feet, continuously throughout shift
    Be able to climb ladders and platforms up to 250 feet with a harness and lanyard
    Be able to step up into vehicles or onto equipment
    Work extended hours and stand for extended periods of time
    Work in indoor and outdoor environments in conditions of extreme heat and cold
    Work in and near industrial hazards
