Seeking candidates with strong customer service and clerical skills. The right candidate will have strong Excel skills, as well as knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience with corporate compliance is not a requirement, but any experience would be beneficial to the role. The Executive Assistant provides direct support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Corporate Compliance Officer. This position is located in Geneva, NY at Geneva General Hospital and is full-time, on-site. Typical office hours, Monday-Friday.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Provides administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Compliance Officer and the Finance Division, which includes the Directors of Information Services, Health Information Management, Patient Financial Services and Finance and Revenue Cycle. Provides day-to-day office management for the Budget and Reimbursement & Accounting departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associates degree in finance, business or a related field

  LICENSE:

  PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred: Commissioned as Notary Public in NYS

• 
  WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum:

    • Three or more years of executive level assistant experience are required.

    • Excellent computer skills are required in Windows Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
