Must be DCJS Unarmed / Armed Certified must have hard card Or pending in the DCJS system Awaiting Approval For Active License to Work. Must possess and Have And be able to obtain VA CCW, (Virginia concealed carry weapons permit) Must Have And Obtain Body Worn Cam, Duty Belt with Level 2 Safety Holster and Tactical Safety Vest, No Exceptions, Uniform Is Law Enforcement Green Pant, Black Polo Shirt and Black Boots ```Duties```
- Provide armed security services to protect the premises, assets, and personnel
- Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect any suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities

```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in armed security or related field
- Possess a valid armed security officer certificate or license
- Proficient in conflict management techniques and able to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- CPR, First Aid, and other relevant certifications are preferred
- Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus
