Are you a D.I.Y.-Project-Loving, Pinterest-Addicted Creative who is mature, organized and has Service Industry Experience? We’ve got the job for you! Pinspiration Dayton is looking for Creative Assistants to help customers at special events and during everyday shop hours.

Pinspiration is a creative entertainment art studio located in South Dayton Area. Pinspiration employees help customers of all ages make D.I.Y. projects, enjoy libations, and have a great time while doing both.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Creating samples, organizing inventory, decorating the studio and various other tasks to keep things fresh and new.
• Providing excellent customer service to all patrons
• Working our Summer Camps and Special events
• Preparing project kits and tools for patrons
• Greeting customers and getting them set up for crafting
• Welcoming patrons and directing them as needed
• Acting as a “Project Assistant” to patrons in the shop
• Bringing a sense of liveliness to events
• Setting up and cleaning up the shop and bar
• Providing responsible food & liquor service, including beer, wine & non-alcoholic cocktails as well as light appetizers.
• Working Weekends & various daytime retail hours
• Assisting with inventory
• Assisting with Marketing
• Updating retail displays
• Performing retail sales processes

Requirements:

• Availability on evenings and weekends
• Love for crafts and/or the arts
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Desire to create exceptional customer memories and experiences
• Enjoy working with kids
• Service industry experience preferred
• Social media experience
• iPad and computer familiarity
• Responsible self-starter
• Problem solver

Pay: $10.10 - $12.50 per hour
