Assistant Manager

Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and develop store employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability
- Implement and maintain effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales potential
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to drive store traffic and increase sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling, security, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to store employees

Skills:
- Strong selling skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bilingual proficiency in English and [additional language] preferred
- Previous experience in store management or assistant management role
- Knowledge of retail market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for employee development
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory control software
- Strong analytical skills to assess pricing strategies, monitor sales performance, and manage payroll expenses
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
