Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Collection Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, at least one year in third party debt collection with full knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to secure payment on assigned accounts
- Possess strong computer skills and maintain accurate notes in system
- Work well with staff in learning company procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to phone etiquette standards

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
