    MHG Supplies, with over 40 years of trading, holds an excellent reputation across various sectors, including hospitality, leisure, and retail. Working out of the MHG Supplies offices in Sheffield, the hours for this role are 9 am-5 pm, five days a week. With free on-site parking, we are conveniently located near public transport tram and bus stops, just 8 miles from Sheffield city centre.

    Key details:


    • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week
    • Wage: £6.40 per hour
    • Location: 1 Holbrook Rise, Holbrook Industrial Estate, Sheffield, S20 3FG
    • Apprenticeship Standard: Level 3 Customer Service Specialist
    • Duration: 18 months

    Thanks to continued commercial growth and client demand for our gift & loyalty cards, we’re expanding our team with the recruitment of a Telesales and Customer Service Executive.

    Key Responsibilities: 


    • Making outbound calls to build a new customer base.
    • Addressing customer enquiries.
    • Resolving issues.
    • Performing data entry on our in-house CRM system.
    • Maintaining positive relationships with clients


    The role requires no prior experience in telesales – we provide full training in-house. Once established, you'll take responsibility for your customer base, focusing on long-term development. In addition to telesales, this role involves providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
