ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate who is seeking a mid-to-entry level opportunity with growth into management and future executive leaderships. The role begins as a Customer Service Representative and Executive Assistant. In this role, the first priority is exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person. In addition, this role supports the leadership team in accomplishing ambitious company goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, a self-motivated personality and a strong attention to detail. Garbarino Disposal is expanding, which offers opportunities for this role to expand as well.
JOB ROLES
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries or issues
- Responding to customer emails and resolving any concerns or complaints
- Providing product information and account creation
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Coordinating projects and ensuring timely completion
- Maintaining office organization and filing systems
- Assisting with front desk duties as needed
- Utilizing various software applications, including Excel, Quickbooks, Fleetio, Ruby Receptionist and other office management tools
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
QULAIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone systems and call handling protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
