Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Enter sales orders into SAP system.
• Inventory
• Follow up on sales orders with Purchasing Department
• Update customers on delivery of equipment on order
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing blueprints & technical specification documents.
• Experience in developing and maintaining recordkeeping systems and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
