Dennis Point Marina & Campground is a unique property with 118 recreational vehicle campsites, 82 deep water boat slips, rental cabins, a private rental house, a boat repair shop, a restaurant, a pool, and of course an office!

Office/Customer Care Coordinator

We are seeking an outgoing, organized, personable, and detail-oriented office/Customer Care Coordinator to join our unique organization. You will coordinate various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly while interacting with campers, boaters, visitors, employees, and management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome campers, boaters, and visitors to the office and assist them with various needs including reservations, payments, tourist information, ship store sales, fuel sales, repair requests, safety information, and other general questions via in-person and on the phone.

• Assist with check-in/out and manage marina and campground reservations.
• Manage ship store inventory.
• Ensure a positive guest experience.
• Perform general bookkeeping duties as assigned.
• Attend company meetings and training classes as assigned.
• Report any updates or pertinent issues that need addressing to the office manager.
• Uphold and carry out company office policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Previous hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work on-site
• Most duties are performed in an office setting however, some duties will be outdoors in adverse weather conditions and near waterways.
• Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite
• Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems, etc.)
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
