We are searching for a creative and driven marketer to join our team. In this position, you will be involved in all aspects of our marketing operations, with a focus on creating and executing strategies to strengthen our company’s market presence in the wound care industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and be able to turn creative ideas into effective strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies in line with company objectives.
Coordinate and oversee territories as assigned across various channels (digital, print, etc.) to ensure the promotion of our wound care provider client.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities to understand need for new providers.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers, including but not limited to Home Health agencies, Skill Nursing and Rehabilitative facilities, and Hospice agencies.
Monitor and report on competitor activity.
Lead and coordinate marketing events and in-services.
Analyze and report on the success of marketing events.
Work closely with supervisors to develop strategies and isolate objectives.
Budget management including planning, creating, and managing your marketing funds.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or healthcare-related field such as nursing.
Proven experience as a marketer, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
Knowledge of wound care.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Solid understanding of healthcare industry and the unique considerations of various patient populations.
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
