I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join my team as an Administrative Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in supporting myself and my team ensuring the timely completion of tasks and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Transcribe meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Manage email accounts
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
