Overview: Top Offroad Performance is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Account Manager to oversee and manage our various ecommerce accounts. This role involves maintaining the operation of platforms such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and others, as well as working closely with developers to ensure smooth integration and upload of new brands and products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all ecommerce accounts, including Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, and others.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendor account representatives.
• Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
• Troubleshoot any issues or concerns that arise with account operations.
• Product Uploads and Integration:
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration and upload of new brands and products onto ecommerce platforms.
• Coordinate the creation and optimization of product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor product inventory levels and update listings accordingly to prevent stockouts or overselling.
• Data Management:
• Gather and analyze data from various ecommerce platforms to track sales trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics.
• Utilize data insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate key findings to the management team.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform guidelines.
• Address any issues related to product content, pricing discrepancies, or customer reviews promptly.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance account performance, streamline processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to drive cohesive strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in ecommerce account management, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, AutoZone Seller Center, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
