    What you'll do

    As the Director of Product Management for our Agreement Data Platform team, you will spearhead the development and execution of our strategy to capture, define, structure and leverage agreement data effectively. Agreements encapsulate crucial information that binds parties to specific obligations, and your role will be pivotal in unlocking this data to drive business insights and mitigate risks. You will lead a team responsible for agreement ingestion, standards, and models, search functionalities, reporting, and insights generation. This role will be responsible for defining our strategy around agreement standardization, handling complex, diverse, and unique agreement data and associated relational and contextual data. The objective of the Agreement Data Platform is to be the agreement system of record that drives business success and ensures compliance with contractual obligations.

    This position is a people manager role reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Manager.

    Responsibility

    • Lead and define the our agreement data strategy and product roadmap for the agreement data platform
    • Deliver an agreement data platform that powers complex and innovative insights throughout the agreement lifespan
    • Architect our approach to agreement standards while supporting the unique agreement structures for all our customer use cases
    • Develop a platform and a standard that is widely adopted by all our customers
    • Launch innovative and forward-thinking features with clear focus on driving business results and customer adoption
    • Work collaboratively with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to complete the defined roadmap and deliver the next generation of our agreement data solutions
    • Define, monitor, measure, analyze and report continuously on key business and customer metrics and usage funnels, competitive and market dynamics, and innovations in the agreement data platform space
    • Manage and develop a hard-working, diverse, equitable and inclusive team of product managers
    Job Designation

    Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

    What you bring

    Basic

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • 12 years of experience in Product Management
    • 5 years of experience in SaaS
    • 5 years building platform solutions
    • 2 years experience with agreements and contracts

    Preferred

    • Legal negotiation or contractual negotiation experience
    • Experience working with third-party organizations focused on launching new standards and products
    • Proven track record of innovation and launching features that achieve success and impact in a global marketplace
    • Experience with the enterprise market
    • Experience working with agile methodology on fast paced projects
    • Expert business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection
    • Strong communication skills and presentation skills to be extremely comfortable presenting to internal executives and partners and external customers and managing customer expectations
    • Experience in defining and building highly differentiated solutions
    Wage Transparency

    Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

    California: $188,200.00 - $302,825.00 base salary

    Washington: $178,400.00 - $265,900.00 base salary
