Top Data Management Executive directs the design and development of data strategies and processes to support the organization's current and future data asset requirements and meet business goals and objectives. Defines and implements the architecture, systems, and roadmap to obtain, store, integrate and manage data. Being a Top Data Management Executive utilizes data warehouses, stores, and other business intelligence systems to manage and distribute data efficiently. Establishes data governance standards and policies to develop data management guidelines that will ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security. Additionally, Top Data Management Executive adheres to data privacy regulations to ensure sensitive data is protected. Studies and evaluates emerging technologies to enhance data capabilities and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Data Management Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Data Management Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Qualifications:
- Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients
