Data Entry Processor

 Overview

We are seeking a Data Entry Processor to join our team and partner with a company in the Life Science industry. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate and meticulously organized data records.

This is a phenomenal entry level position for anyone looking to begin their career! You will be working in the document center digitalizing documents, sorting emails, and preparing documents to be scanned.

Responsibilities

• Input, verify, and handle data records with precision and efficiency
• Conduct routine data quality audits to identify and resolve inaccuracies
• Collaborate seamlessly with multi-functional teams to facilitate smooth data flow
• Keep databases updated and ensure data remains accessible for authorized personnel
• Build informative reports and summaries, presenting data-driven insights
• Suggest process improvements to optimize data accuracy and workflow efficiency

Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service role
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs regularly/occasionally
• Must be able to occasionally ascend/descend stairs to transport documents
• Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets, and database management
