Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, performing clerical tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office setting and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Proofread and transcribe documents as needed
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with order entries in QuickBooks
- Assist with office management tasks as assigned
- Provide support to other team members as needed

Skills:
- Previous experience in an office or similar setting is preferred
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent proofreading and transcription abilities
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
