Lagos Distribution, a new distributer of premium craft beverages based out of North Liberty, Iowa, is dedicated to delivering exceptional products and service to our customers. We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beverage Distribution Sales Representative in the Iowa City area. Primary Responsibilities:

As our Beverage Distribution Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our distribution network, increasing sales, and building strong relationships with retailers and consumers. You'll work closely with our brewery partners to promote their brands and drive growth in the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Grow sales by securing new distribution opportunities in both on and off-premise accounts.
• Promote and sell our portfolio of craft beverages to retailers and consumers.
• Collaborate with brewery partners to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market insights.
• Participate in tastings, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years sales experience. Previous experience in beverage sales or distribution preferred.
• Passion for craft beverages and the beverage industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of distribution channels and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
