The Sales and Marketing Support is responsible for assisting the Sales and Marketing initiatives with a focus on e-commerce launch, customer onboarding and data management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads the setup of all ecommerce platforms (Shopify, True Commerce, etc.) and all sales channels (Amazon, eBay, Zoro, Lowes.com, etc.).
• Leads the onboarding of new customers through these ecommerce platforms and works with the operation teams to ensure all shipping requirements are met.
• Efficiently manage product specifications and marketing content across all platforms, adeptly manipulating and combining data from diverse source documents.
• Assists with the testing and implementation of automated systems involved with the setup of ecommerce and sales channel platforms.
• Coordinates with multiple departments to review, assess, and provide answers and solutions to costumer issues and requests as it relates to marketing materials and integration capabilities.
• Investigate and resolve partner website backend portal functionality issues by collaborating with both internal and external technology partners, ensuring optimal user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams and external partners to acquire, verify, interpret, and organize data, ensuring seamless information flow.
• Ensure all sales channel service levels are always exceeded.
• Ensure all product photos, descriptions, and specifications are provided to the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for marketing purposes.
• Assist with marketing projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Self-starter able to function effectively in a fast-paced growing company and adapt to change.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with sales channels and ecommerce platforms preferred.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office applications.
• Manual dexterity required for operating office tools and computers.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Able to perform all duties and responsibilities listed safely and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment as required.
• Able to report every workday, on time and for the entire shift.
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

WORK SCHEDULE:

8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Monday to Friday

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Onsite working conditions are normal for an office environment. The warehouse area is not climate controlled and can get hot during summer and cold during winter months. Must be able to hear, speak, reach, bend, twist, squat, push and pull. Must be able to perform tasks in a sitting position for extended periods of time and spend time in a manufacturing area performing tasks as needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
