    As an Inclusion Advisor, you will be within PNC's Corporate Responsibility Group, supporting the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) organization.

    This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Preferred locations are listed in the requisition. Responsibilities require time in the office on a regular basis.

    Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

    The Inclusion Advisor will be responsible for executing tasks in support of the Diversity & Inclusion Strategy and Operations team.

    This position oversees the continued refinement, implementation, and key messaging of the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategic plan and requires close partnership with key stakeholders, such as PNC Corporate Communications, Accessibility and Talent Management teams.

    The Inclusion Advisor will serve as the central point of contact for all members and functions on the team as it relates to communicating to PNC employees on D&I topics.

    This role will also be responsible for overseeing PNC's D&I journey from an internal and external narrative lens. The Inclusion Advisor will write communications including blogs, articles, and features.

    Additionally, this role will oversee the external survey process that yields recognition for PNC around D&I efforts. This person will manage a function on the team but not manage people directly.

    Job Description

    • Consults with business leaders to create an evolving diversity and inclusion strategy. Manages the creation, implementation and communication of complex diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives.
    • Ability to lead a team of individuals and / or program constituents regardless of reporting relationship.
    • Identify barriers to change, root cause and / or obstacles that prevent the advancement of employees at all levels of the company.

    Develop strategies and initiatives to address these barriers and obstacles.

    • Maintain expert knowledge of diversity and inclusion by researching best practices, monitoring legal developments and evaluating emerging trends.
    • Lead, educate, and influence the adoption of enterprise wide diversity and inclusion strategy and supporting programs. Monitor, measure, and communicate the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives.

    Workforce Analytics - Knowledge of Human Resource and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions

    Work Experience

    Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5 years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required.

    In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
